I train with Fitmoto as they design my fitness training specificity to moto and they make you train extremely hard and it's shows in the results, they have a really good team there that always are there to help.steve mion is always there for me with quick tips on my nutrition as wel as my fitness.

As my fitness improves, doing things on the bike were a lot Easier I could do everything so much better and I wasn't as fatigued when I finished. I could hold the same pace for most of the day. Glenn Scott

Biography

  • DOB: 19/9/1991
  • Hometown: Mangrove Mountain, NSW
  • My Ride: CBR 600 RR
  • Beginnings: I started riding at the age of 5 at our local Dirt Track on the Central Coast (CCJMC)

I am currently competing in my first year of the 2015 World Super Sport Championship with Team AARK Racing. I have been training with FitMoto for 3 years now, Stephen Mion and the FitMoto team have been a great asset to my fitness and nutritional needs as they design specific programs that tailor to every riders individual needs. During the Australasian Superbike Championship, he would discuss the circuit - it's certain demands and particular climate, food intake, hours of work on the bike and other important factors with me, to be able to create the right program that puts me in the greatest shape and gives me the best chance possible for that specific race.

Whilst living abroad FitMoto has still managed to support me in my racing career. FitMoto have continued to design all my training programs, but now with different aspects of the race weekend to consider, the programs are much more detailed as we have many races in one season that have differing factors including, the duration of races (which are now considerably longer), differing climates from county to country, changes in time zones and food availability. FitMoto's programs are designed to prevent injury, illness and to keep the body at its optimum level of performance, this is a very important aspect to competing internationally, as you need to be in the best condition possible for the entire season.

The FitMoto team have really helped me advance and take my riding to a new level over the past 3 years, Stephen Mion has put together a great team that provides unlimited support in every area an athlete needs.

Brendon Demmery

Biography

  • DOB: 7/9/1997
  • Hometown: Wagga Wagga, NSW
  • My Ride:
  • Beginnings: I started riding when I was 3 years old on my grandparents farm.

I started riding when I was 3 years old on my grandparents farm, Then when I was 6 i had my first dirt track race meeting. I did 4 years of dirt track on motorcross and when I was 9 I had a test day on a junior rode bike and loved it. I did 4 years of club level racing on 70cc, 80cc machines, then in 2011 I did my first national level championship on a 150cc and finished 3rd in the Australia championship and 2nd in the victorian state championship. In 2012 I stepped up to 125ccgp bikes doing the national championship where is finished 5th. 2013 I rode a 250cc production bike and had a wonderful year finishing 1st in the Australia championship and 1st in the Victorian state title. This was the same time I started with Fitmoto and believe that without that extra level of fitness I had over my competitors I may not have won that year.

Staying on the production bikes, In 2014 I rode the fx300 class in the Australasian championship and the NSW championship winning both. Again without Fitmoto I would not have been able to win. In 2015 we made the huge jump to the 600cc supersport class on a yamaha r6, I am also racing in the Asian Road Racing championship in the Asia 250 production class. Over the next fee years I plan to make my way up the classes trying to get a full time ride in Asia or Europe and hopefully make my way into the world championship. The reason I train with Fitmoto is they have the best group of people that you could possibly ask for, they are so professional, have so much knowledge and well the proof is in the results. There is so many championship over the Fitmoto riders so obviously they are the best.

My Fitness levels have helped me so much, I dont have the huge drop off in the last 2 laps like I got before I was training with Fitmoto and because I am racing in Asia the heat levels on the bike are ridiculous and doing around 16 laps twice a day definitely wears you down because we do more distance in one race then we do in a hole weekend in Australia. My advice is get out there and training as hard as you possibly can and eat right it will help your riding so much.
